American-made SKS rifles that take AK mags, less than $400.

Glock 1911 (wishful thinking).

A sub-$2000 SCAR17

American copy of HK MP7
Unfortunately, we can't even seem to get a quality US made AK- Century or PSA beancounters would have a coronary over the cost of a forged billet SKS receiver!

Ya, a Glock 1911 might be a bridge too far, but what about a Glock carbine? Seems like a license to print money to me.......;)

A Kahr double stack.

A decent 10mm carbine that takes Glock mags.

A Crimson Trace instinctive laser for the CZ P-07 and Beretta PX4.

A longer (4”) barrel version of the PX4 Compact. 3.2 is too short, but the butt is too big to conceal on the full size gun.

A reliable high-volume importer of the Zastava 98 Mauser left-handed models.

A handgun with real recoil reduction, not the "felt recoil" BS.

This would require blasting some of the gasses upward and rearward, which would be "uncomfortable" when shooting from the hip, to say the least. Nevertheless, an active recoil design would allow much more powerful handgun loads to be used.

A programmable rangefinder that has a flashing led warning. "What are you thinking?", when the range indicated exceeds your ability.

i will play,

a 9mm lever action

a 357 maximum and a 445 super mag made on the S&W X frame. maybe a 41 mag also. it would seriously take advantage of the long cylinder. and the X frame could handle really pushing those cartridges to the max. imagine the fun you could have with GNR conversions and such.

an ultra light weight 308 semi auto folding rifle. Patterned after the Kel-tec su16c. or something like that. would be nice if it had an effective muzzle break. I think those su16c's are the bees knees and for some strange reason dispite one being at the top of my "Guns to Buy" list for a very long time, i havent purchased one or any 223/556 for that matter. maybe its time, but if it was 308 i would be down there at the lgs picking one up tomorrow.

How about a reliable magazine that holds more than 10 rds. for a Mark III or IV.
10 rds. just doesn't last long enough!

Ruger Precision Rifle in .300 Win mag.

Modern 7.62x25 Tok pistol.

Threaded bolt action 9mm and .45ACP rifle. With option to have it integrally suppressed.

Ruger MkIV Hunter with threaded barrel.

sounds fantastic doesnt it?

also ironic someone mentioned a threaded barrel 9mm and 45 acp bolt action. that is similar to my ideas for the lever action, though i figured i would have to have it threaded by a gunsmith
captain awesome, that 9mm lever gun would be mighty quick, with a mighty short stroke.

The .357 Webley clone is a bit less than $10000,00. Yes, ten thousand. Would love one, but it ain't gonna happen.

:what:Wow. I wouldn't pay that if I wee a millionaire. Maybe a billionaire, but i'd be afraid to shoot it.

Colt should start with the New Cobra design, chamber it in .357 Magnum and give it a 4.25" rib-topped barrel. The result would resemble the late lamented Diamondback .38 but fire a more powerful cartridge.

I say 4.25" for the barrel because that way our Canadian chums can have them. Personally, I think it would be just right with a 3.5" barrel, but I'd buy either length.

I wish bolt action rifle manufacturers would make .22 LR versions of their hunting rifles with identical specs to make practice cheaper.

Id also like Ruger to make the LCR with a 3" barrel in 327 fed without the hammer

Ruger to bring back the original Single Six Flat Gate, no transfer bar.

Two dot Aimpoint. One dot bellow the other for hold overs.

A suppressor that looks exactly like an XM177 moderator.

A 1x low power variable with a 2nd focal plane mildot reticle.

The new Colt DA revolver in a 6 shot 45 Colt with a 5" barrel.

Excellent idea. Each dot should be independently adjustable for elevation and windage, eliminating the problem with hold-over reticles, which is sometimes what you see is not what you get.
