Glock 17L shoots high

i got a decent deal on a new 17L (a bit over $500.00 otd). The two times I have shot it with Win 115 gr fmj the gun is hitting 3-4 inches high at 25 yards.

My G34 and G19 are both right on the money at 25.

Can anyone recommend a good replacement front sight, and the recommended sight height, to bring the POI down that much at 25?

You cant go wrong with Dawson's, I prefer the blacked out rear with red fiber optic in the front.
I am able to pick up that red spot much earlier in my draw stroke than a white dot.
