I like it. I know alot of don't like adding anything "non-functional" to their guns, but I've always liked shrouded barrels.
I've got some small chunks of pic rail and 8/32 threaded sling swivels if you want them.

Probably craft a black leather sling for the rifle.. considered a VFG made from an A2 grip.

I've taken to sticking a short chunk of pic rail on any gun I MIGHT want a light (or bipod) on, I like them, and they are pretty unobtrusive.

I'm might actually have something that would work for that. I have a paintball gun frame that I modified to fit on my crosman 2250, then decided I didn't like it. Lop the grip part of that off and it would work pretty well I think.

I wish my buddy had one on his AR. He ran about 50 rounds thru it (fast) and didn't tell me. I grabbed it by the barrel from the rack and got a nice burn from it. I don't shoot AR's so had no idea those barrels got that hot. Now I do.
