No. An M134 Minigun (of the few transferables in private hands) goes for about $130,000. There's a guy that usually takes his to Knob Creek. When he fires it, the sound is unmistakable. His ammo bill is astronomical.

The difference between the traditional Gatling gun and the modern minigun is the electric motor. As long as it's hand-cranked, it's not covered by the National Firearms Act. Put a solenoid-controlled electric motor on it, and you have an NFA violation.
