Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?

I bought a gun case for my Henry pump .22. It cost me $20.
This is the second gun case that I bought for it because the first case turned out to be too long, and was a soft case, and I wanted a hard case.
The first case won't go too waste because I can use it for my 12 gauge shotgun.
It's a proven fact though that people will spend more money on their hobby than even more important things like food or rent.

Ordered a complete (w/ CH & BCG) PSA 16” AR upper chambered in 7.62x39 Saturday night. Should be delivered this week.

ERShaw barrel for 10-22 to go with a Kidd trigger and laminated stock a good friend gave (NOT GIFTED) me.

My Anschutz 1710 D HB came in today, so I installed my Sightron 10x50x60 MOA-H on a DIP rail and Burris
High Signature rings. The rings kept the scope off the barrel by.072", got lucky there. Can't wait for a warm day to sight in the rifle with the Burris ring adjustments. Hope to keep turrets set close to center as I can. I can see now my 4 CZ's won't be used as much anymore :( :)

Purchased a brick of mini mags. They just finished the trigger job on my 686 so I picked it up too.

Today I picked up a used GSG 1911 22, which will be a winter project.

Today I bought the roofing for the 600 yd. platform paid for by the guys I shoot with. This platform is on a fairly steep hillside on my property, without which, one would be folded like a taco to arrange oneself behind the rifle. They kinda insisted on deluxe accommodations for shooting prone at this distance. If one were shooting at something living, I'm doubtful any of them could hit it on the second shot. Great guys, I love them all. But...
I've cheated.
I've brought a piece of plywood to the site and got myself all dialed in way ahead of these guys. it's alternately amusing and boring watching them burn match ammo to get to ring the steel. The difference in price of their blasters vs. mine must be frustrating to them. I'm shooting a used Savage FP10 with a SS 12x on it and it shoots quite well. I've put maybe 2k rounds thru it and it still satisfies.
Oh, yeah, yesterday I loaded 50 rds. of 175 SMKs over 42 GR. of Varget in neck sized cases. For the weekend, after we've put the roof on to avoid a combination of frostbite and sunburn.

Great fun.
