i have a Hornady LNL AP and have been using a led lighting kit from a major seller of press accessories. I watched Gavintoobe’s review of the UFO light kit and I thought it MIGHT be better than the LED kit I have been using for the past 2 years. I ordered the kit from www.kmssquared.com directly and it arrived in a very short time. I really liked the fact I could pay with PayPal as it made the checkout very fast.

This kit beats the pants off the previous lighting I had. Easy to install as everything was included in the package.

If you are wanting LED lighting for your press I highly recommend the UFO kit from http://kmssquared.com 538EF3B1-FEF6-4509-AC1F-0553081616FA.jpeg

The black LED in the center hole was from the previous light kit and I didn’t remove it but with it removed there is NO difference in the brightness of the shellplate. I was just too lazy to remove the light and wires from the press.

I have one on my LNL AP. I also supplement it with a 4 ft LED above and slightly behind the press.
I covered over the 'vertical' section of UFO LED's as the glare off the ram when raised was distracting.

I have 8 overhead lights in my reloading room and thought that was a lot until I installed UFO lights from KNS^2, after that it looked like I was loading in the dark.

Pretty impressive to say the least.

I just got one of these UFO lights for my new LNL press. Its a Christmas present so I cant install it yet but I did plug it in just to verify function before turning it over to the wrapping department (wife) and dang near blinded myself its so freaking bright. Got the feeling I could probably turn the rest of the lights off in the reloading room and use it only its so bright.

I recently bought some LED upgrade lights for 48" fluorescent fixtures. There are some that will work with existing ballasts, but I bought the ones that don't require a ballast (since I had one fixture that had a bad ballast) but will require modifying the fixture to provide 120v at the terminals. They are a little over $10 per tube, but well worth it IMHO.

For the press mounted lighting, though, I got one of the magnetic base "sewing" LED lights. I can move it around wherever I need it.

Where did you guys but the UFO lights? I went to their site and the buy now button did not work. I don't even know how much they cost.

If you click on the link above it takes you right there. Click on the shop tab, choose the appropriate light, add to cart, and follow the prompts. That's how I ordered mine, had it in hand in 3 or 4 days.
