I got an email from capitol cartridge today offering to buy my used brass for $1.40 per lb And they pay the shipping.
Just read the fine print the shipping will be deducted from the amount your paid.

If this is Capitol Cartridge in Austin, TX, then yes I have used them. However, I was buying brass from them rather than selling. They have always been good to me. The brass count is always got "bonus" cases in the package so I have always got the amount of usable cases I ordered after culling.

If you have common cartridge brass, I would think you could get more for your brass here in the reloading components buy, sell, & trade sub-forum. Might be a bit more footwork though.

Yep my scrap yard pays $1.70ish but got 33 miles each way and a $5.00 bridge toll 1 way still think I would be better off dealing local.
If shipping was free may consider it but shipping 100lb + can't be cheap

However much you can stuff it a Flat Rate PO box ships for that rate. Weight does not matter.
(there is a limit I think a MFRB can be like 65 lbs)
If it's heavy and it fits Flat rate boxes are the way to go.
