Henry now offers a side gate

Loading gate AND tube feed? PERFECTO!

Soon as they start making the steel version I’ll take one in .30-30.

Hopefully they’ll do the same in pistol calibers. You know, because my other Henry’s want more company. Great rifles.

The Rossi safety is easily removable. I like the idea of a tube loading (really mean unloading), but a side gate is considered a necessity in a lever gun.

I like mine. It is nice to have the firing pin isolated when you really want it to not go off.
