I am thinking about buying this chronograph, Has anyone used this model and how did it work for you??

ProChrono Digital if you’re in that price point. Better consistency, less issues, same if not lower price. I’ve heard too many guys having issues with the Caldwell’s, problems which disappear when I loan them my old ProChrono digital (15yrs old now).

I keep a pro chrono digital at the farm, pretty simple and reliable.

The cheapest one I have is one I use most often because I keep in the shop setup on a tripod.

Just walk out the back door, turn it on and go.

If I see a cloudy day the first thing I think of, is if I need to chronograph anything.

I used one, it was OK. I don’t have it anymore, apparently they’re not bulletproof. I now have a chrony alpha model and it is more consistent.

I started with that one in a kit for abiiut 100.00. It too was not bulletproof! It o mmly held one reading unless you wired it to a smart phone or tablet/laptop.
I have since moved to Pro Chrono Digital, new one has Bluetooth built in, mine required an adapter to be connected to the chrono (50.00). Think the newer one in cheaper than the old model with adapter. They also will replace or repair ballistic damage at half of retail price.
At Christmas my wife got me a Labradar, pricey but works great from the bench.
