Picked up a sweet little CZ...

Just acquired a CZ compact recently. Been shooting Glocks for over a decade.

I do have to say, that my new CZ is growing on me. I am shocked that it has taken me this long to discover CZs. It may just become my favorite pistol. I have the all steel version. I'm already thinking about the PCR version.

I almost picked up one of the Surplus ones that AIM had on sale a while back, but something came up and funds had to go to help family instead.
Now I have shot a lot of CZ’s and really like them.

There are some good buys here and there on older CZ’s. Good on you for helping family, a worthy delay in lieu of developing CZitis.

Seems to be an acquired taste. I am really surprised what great shooters they are.

Nice! I have a similar one that's polymer. I would prefer to have metal, but I enjoy the polymer one well enough.

For Gunny and others, the Tanfoglio copies are very nice pistols. I own several. My Tanfoglio "Cohai" Israeli surplus full-sized 9mm is my favorite 9mm pistol of the many that I've owned and/or shot. After he shot my Tanfoglio, my FiL bought himself a brand-new CZ75. It's his favorite service pistol out of many.

Here is my polymer compact CZ copy. It's Turkish. As I've related before, I overindulged with regards to Saint Patrick's Day, had an odd dream about ordering a pink pistol, then got the confirmation email the next morning. The joke wasn't exactly on me, since it only cost $229 and is a good shooter.

UPDATE - I just now traded the SAR Arms and some other handguns for a S&W Model 629. Good-bye Pinky!
