Other than guns, I also enjoy knives and the like. So here’s my Bowies, the one on the left is my custom made Arkansas Toothpick. Made for me by a guy on Etsy named Burnedmetal forge for pretty cheap; under 300$. Keep it next to my bed for self defense. The one on the right is a tradmontina Bowie. Bought it for less than 30 buck! Unlike my Toothpick; it’s thick enough to do work like cutting wood and the like.

I only have one "big" knife, from Tom Black out of New Mexico:

My "big" knives are simple working blades from Forschner (Victorinox) - a 10" curved breaking and a 12" scimiter... Simple stainless steel butcher knives that have been my fish cutting staples for many years... I keep the two of them, each one separately wrapped in a soft cloth in my truck since I work in saltwater... and you keep your better blades away from that stuff... They only come out when the fish are big enough to need them... after my skiff is up on its trailer...

I think this is the biggest one I have. 12" carbon steel with a nice patina. Comes in mighty handy when I cook BBQ or cut up watermelons. Says "Foster Bros." & "Made in USA" on the blade. Been in the family as long as I can remember. 20190526_192910.jpg
