Excellent job on the jimping! What technique do you use?
I just use a round pin file, get the 1st notch to depth/parallel/etc, then lay a pin in it and use it as a guide when starting to file the 2nd notch.
And just repeat this process as you add additional "jibs".
I have these files from another project but files can be bought at Harbor Freight:

edit: file handles, the best use for golf balls I have found

I had one for awhile, really liked it but I kept loosing it and the 4th time was the charm. The good news it that I know it’s in my yard, the bad news is that’s over 10 acres, never found it.

The blade was better but the clip was not as good as my decades old Kershaw.

I don't own any Leeks, but I certainly looked at them a few times while deciding on my last knife purchase. That said, I found one on sale, if anyone is interested: https://www.knifecenter.com/item/KS...campaign=kershaw-leek-sale-2019-6-28&kcno=123

4 or 5 Kershaw's are always on sale, every week, at Big 5 Sports in my area, with the for sale models different every week.
Find a store, go fondle the knives, and wait for the model you like to go on sale:
