Except uncle sonso bought it in 2000 in Kali4nia (means it has a record) and if you are older than 19, the lie doesn't stand up in Alabama.

Aunty Sonso is in possession of the firearm in state X and her beloved nephew is in state Y. Doesn't matter if Uncle Sonso hung a tag on it with nephew's name, Aunty Sonso still has to transfer possession across state lines.
*Excepting, of course, if Uncle Sonso died and left the gun to nephew in his will.
Well buster, let’s be real clear about one thing. It is never appropriate to suggest lying as a way to deal with a legal issue.
