I received a Model 15 four inch barrel from an old friend who carried it as a lawman in Northern NV earlier this year and it quickly became one of my favorites. Couldn't stop there so acquired a 15 two inch from a shooting acquaintance here in the Las Vegas area and they make the perfect pair. Only change i've made to the snubnose is to add a set of Tyler T-Grips that really fill out the grip area to my hand.

Currently looking for a Model 18 22 LR version so i can complete my Combat Masterpiece set. Enjoy yours- i know I am!

Nice 2" Model 15. It is a nice addition to the 4" Model 15.

I enjoy shooting both of my Model 15's.

I think the S&W model 15 is one of the best all around .38 Special revolvers you can buy. I bought a corrections department trade in with a 4 inch barrel and HOGUE grips (exactly how I like my revolvers) for $279.00 and was so happy with it, I went back and bought another gun that is identical to it. I use it as a range gun and a house gun.
The heavy 4 inch barrel, gives just enough weight to make it comfortable to shoot all day, even with +P ammo.
I would post a photo, but the guards at corrections marked or should I say, SCRATCHED their names or badge numbers on the outside of the guns, making it look pretty bad. On the other hand, the trigger is smooth from use and gun is still tight.
I would like to buy the stainless version, the model 67 with HOGUES and a 4 inch barrel as a car gun and will, if I can find one that has a smooth action and decent price.

You may have paid a bit , but that is a really nice example , and 2” Combat Masterpieces aren’t exactly growing on trees.
