Just a note to share my enthusiasim for my new pistol. Shot some close targets at about 7yds and that little pistol shot a very tight group. It'll be a personal carry guns do no need for long shots. But, I did back up a few more steps, probably 10 yards, and it still shot very well. Bought it from a friend for aa very reasonable price too. I'm happy.

With .380 and short barrels gotta be careful about what you pick for defensive ammo, alot of choices don't reliably expand out of these micro .380s. The Hornady Critical Defense and Federal HST made for micro pistols seem to get good marks.

How's the trigger on your Micro 380?
I recently got a Micro 9. I love it except that the trigger is really heavy. My weights go up to about 6# and it picks them up without blinking. I'm dry firing in the hopes it will lighten up some.

The trigger is too heavy; average on my trigger gauge is 7 lbs. I usually prefer pistol triggers around 4 lbs, but oddly, it works well for it's balance and weight. It is crisp with a clean break. And I'm shooting bulls better than other pistols that are typically more accurate.

I'm another big fan of micro .380s! Have been carrying one ever since the Colt Mustang was introduced. Extremely reliable, easy to carry concealed, lightweight, and accurate enough for the job at hand. Trigger is fairly decent too but the sights could be a little bit improved upon. In comparison this is where I would give a slight edge to my SIG P238 as it has some very nice night sights on it.
