Shooting at Neighbors with a Drone

My bet is there are some legal ramifications here.. But Brazilian man arms his Drone with Fireworks and shoots at his neighbors..

To bad some folks did not put up some anti Drone fire.. would have been real Mad Max... real Horror show...
