image.jpeg Well I finally got the old Charter Arms out of layaway ... I need to do a bit more research... But I bout sure its 1978ish ?
357mag 4 inch barrel ,ajustable sights .. Overall in pretty great shape .. seems to have been shot little ..
Amazing how light it is for a steel framed ,4 inch barreled 357 with target walnut grips
comes in at 21.5 oz ..
From what I have read it has a aluminum shroud over the barrel ..

That a five-shooter?

Pretty sure it's an alloy frame to keep the weight that low.

That'd make about an ideal back packing pistol. Very cool.

5 shooter ... Steel frame ... aluminum shroud over steel barrel ... aluminum grip frame/trigger guard ..
Charters are known to be light ...
