LOL we ARE the opposite, I traded in my Glocks for Sigs after I bought a Sig p229 and shot it beside the Glock 31 I had been shooting and my POI instantly went on-target with the Sig. The Ergonomics matched the S&W revolvers and 1911's I was shooting and was used to. If you only shoot Glocks you can probably adapt but if you shoot various other guns with regularity, IMHO the ergonomics throw you off.
Hmm, interesting I switch between Glocks and 1911's just about every range session and have no problems doing so. Also, if you put an arched mainspring housing on a 1911 you have the same grip angle as Glock.
One of my 1911's has an arched housing all my others do not and still no problems.
