I will change to Norma who has been making ammo for a long time but I don't know about records
Privi Partizan came to mind but seems way to big most likely someone smaller so I will guess

Key words: This manufacturer is known for world record setting match ammunition for decades.

As well established in the match shooting world as they are, they could have chosen ANY bullet/projectile they wanted ;) as they are known for their world class leading match ammunition but they chose RMR bullets. :eek:

While Jake is humbling this great news, I believe this speaks very highly of consistency of RMR bullets and Jake should be very proud of his accomplishments, home grown here on THR! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Really looking forward to August 10th and OK from Jake to share the good news.

It could be obvious like a 300 ft Sequoia/Coastal Redwood or difficult like a 5 ft shrub depending on how you look at it - Think outside the box.

I actually asked Jake if Atlanta Arms was next and looks like there was dialogue but not for now (They may already have commitments with several bullet manufacturers ;)).

Never know, they could change their mind after the good news comes out and match shooters switch with better results because they currently do not offer the FP nose profile match ammunition.

I have a feeling once the word spreads, other ammunition manufacturers may start using RMR.
 
I told Jake this may catch the world of match shooting by surprise. (I don't think he realizes what could really happen ... ;) I am hoping better and better things for RMR)

I could see many, including those on Brian Enos forum and bullseye match forums going, "What? Wow! Really? I am switching right now!!!" :D

NOTE: As a PSA to THR members, once the good news come out, there may be a run on RMR bullets so if you are in need, you may want to place your orders now before news break on August 10th. Who knows what will happen afterwards.

I believe Jake has a big bullet order from the match ammunition manufacturer he has to fill now with equally large monthly additional orders starting out. Demand for RMR bullets could go exponential if match shooters as a group spread the word and switch to RMR bullets en masse, which I anticipate will likely happen.

I'm conflicted.

Guess I'll go with SK, just for giggles and grins.
 
I have no idea which manufacturer is known for world record setting match ammunition for decades, so I will go with ASYM since they are in Phoenix, and that is where I am.

Congratulations to RMR.
 
Walls walls walls it is hard to think outside the box when you have been cubicleized.
It tends to stifle all creative thinking:D
At the moment I am just stuck in the middle of my little tesseract.:eek:

Out of time so for a final try RUAG.(unless I have an epiphany in the next 1/2 hour or so)

Oh BTW, no one has correctly guessed the match ammunition manufacturer, so far. ;)

Besides, I am enjoying Friday evening with happy wifey at the beach with a bonfire probably until past midnight (wife cooking Hebrew National hotdog for dinner topped with Easy Cheese in a can - Yum and no dishes to clean tonight :p) and plan to sleep in so maybe I will see a PM from Jake when I wake up PST).

It is probably too late, but i am going to change my pick of ASYM to Ammo Load Worldwide since they are in Lewiston ID. Dudedog will appreciate it why I am changing from a Phoenix manufacturer to a Lewiston manufacturer.
