Well I get to take advantage of Leupold's warranty. Anyone have an idea of turn around time for fixing binoculars?

I was out a few weeks ago hunting and the left eye piece popper off. The screw holding them in fell right out and it looks like the plastic stripped. I filled out a warranty sheet for them and will be sending them this weekend, but deer season starts end of September and I would like to have them back by then.

I've sent in a couple leupolds, longest wait was right at two weeks, and the original package got lost in the mail. on the occasion they sent a second scope immediately.

I've never used their warranty, but I did have them change a scope reticle in the spring.

They stated 4 weeks and I had it back in under 2. Seems like they subscribe to the "under promise and over deliver" school of thought.

I had Leupold replace some damaged parts after I dropped the scope on concrete. The repair was reasonable ($40), and I had my scope back in under two weeks.

Well I sent the Bino's in around the 27th of august and still not a peep from Leupold. I may give them a call today and ask when they think they will send the repaired ones back cause deer season starts the 28th. All it was is a rubber eye piece that popped out and shouldn't be hard to fix.

Well tried calling them today and reached a very nice woman who transferred me and I used to call back feature. Someone called me back and left a message to call them back. I thought that was a nice touch. I forgot and checked my email and it shows two bino’s shipped with two model numbers. I wonder if they aren’t sending the old pair back along with an upgrade model?

I bought a new Leupold that would not adjust. Returned it and they sent a new one immediately and gave me a set of screw-in scope caps as an apology. Great CS.

Well they sent new binoculars and my dumb butt broke the harness clip trying to clip the harness on. Very brittle stuff! I’m happy though

Well I tried the new bino's on last nights deer hunt and I could make out eyes, ears, etc all very clearly till 10min before dark. These new Mckenzie BX1 bino's are way clearer than my old ones, lighter and smaller. I am super happy!

They've always taken great care of me. I'm fortunate to live close enough to their facility that I can just drop by in the front office. Last time I had an issue with a Sako scope mount, I had a technician come out from the back with a new ring, new screws, and a new hat. They're top notch. Congrats on the new binos and I'm glad it work out for you.
