I ordered a couple of recoil spring replacements to have on hand and noticed they look different from the RSA that came with the 365. Anyone else notice this?

Correct. Ordered directly from Sig. I ordered two and both are the same

A recent change? Maybe Sig customer service could explain. I replaced mine at 3000 rounds but had no issues with it.
A friends son in law is a rep for Sig. He called me once, said his mother in law ask him a couple questions about handguns that made sense. Knowing they came from someone else, he ask her about it and was referred to me. I'll try to remember to call him and see if he knows anything about it.

Put it in your gun and rack it a few times.. It appears the one on the right might just be bound up on something?.(burr) I can easily make mine look that way by pulling the larger spring down.

I did so and it helped seat it some but not totally. It was also ridiculously hard to rack the first few times....

^Put a couple drops of oil on it.. when I field stripped my 365, straight out of the box, the RSA was a bout the only thing lubed.

Mine looks like the one on the left, the lower smaller spring holds it up there, made 3-22-2018.
