Even though I had to click "Show Ignored Content" to see them, You got to love the smug naysayers posting, knowing that if these where not sold out when they read about it, they would have jumped on it too :neener:

I went thru the sellers return hoops and I'm happy to get my 100% refund, but would have preferred an exchange for the press as listed/ordered.

"Amazon" asked me what I thought about the experience and I told them this:

"It seems to me the seller realized the listed/bought item was priced wrong, and purposely sent a different item, not the one I ordered, knowing it would be returned.
I didn't see an exchange as a choice though, as the return process was handled as though I was returning the actual item I had ordered but never received.
I would have preferred to get the actual item I had ordered as an exchange for the wrong item sent.

Even the seller supplied return label listed the weight as 14 LBS for the 4 oz. item I was returning.
It seems to me this return/refund transaction was to minimize the seller's loses associated with the item listed at the wrong price.
Thankful to have returning item as an option and receiving a refund but would have preferred getting the item ordered."

At least the disappointment was quick. I remember years ago having an upper on backorder with midway for 6 months and without notice, after all that time, cancelled the backorder. So I called them up and they nice lady told me she could reinstate the order and “oh, it’s in stock now.” Great, along with a new price that I could have bought it a half a year ago...I didn’t get it nor a response from the letter I sent to them.

Got my refund today.

all told it cost me $1 to print the shipping label.

But I left them a bad review so that's fine.

They paid shipping both ways so I hope they don't do that again.
