This happened right around the corner from where I work Wednesday- and within a block of the Sheriffs Department HQ!

Note they were using a Yugo SKS. I can only fathom that the perp thought it looked more "gangster" to have the grenade launcher sight elevated......
Of course that also means the gas cutoff was probably engaged, turning it into a single shot.
Three of the four suspects have already been caught and charged. As stupid as these guys were, unfortunately the shopkeeper is still dead.
