I received my P938 back from Grayguns. They installed their straight edge trigger assembly. The original trigger was workable but left me with blisters after 10-15 rounds and that was after I removed the ridges from the nylon trigger.

Doing business with Grayguns was easy and they were very informative about what I could expect from the trigger upgrade. I have shot about 125 rounds with out any problems or blisters. The trigger breaks about 7 pounds according to my test using a old RCB scale for triggers. There is no play in the trigger and the pull is smooth till it breaks. The trigger reset is audible and I don’t have a problem feeling the reset.

With the new small 9mm you can pick from I don’t know if there will be much of a market for the P938 and future upgrades. But if you own a P238 or 938 this is a upgrade to consider.

I'm pretty content with the trigger on my Legion model, but 've thought about sending one of my HKs to Grayguns. Nice to know they still offer good service.

460Shooter,

I read somewhere that the trigger in the Legion is the Grayguns flat trigger. Not sure if that is true or not. Glad you like your legion. I’ve read some reviews on them and they are positive.

Ah, well that would explain it. It is in fact a flat metal trigger. Could tell you if it’s a Grays, but it’s nice.

I did some research on the Legion trigger. According to Shooting Illustrated Grayguns designed the trigger used by the Legions P238/938. Still not sure if it is the same trigger used in the upgrade or used in production Legions.

Im thinking about purchasing a P938 Legion as a backup or maybe my EDC. I know the magazines are not interchangeable but my holsters and other accessories would work.

I actually like the Legion version enough that I'm considering buying another one as a backup. I believe the Legion mags would still work fine in your other P938, but the grip might feel weird with the chopped off back made to accommodate the magwell.

I had planned on buying one anyway, but when the Legion version came out, it felt so good in the hand that I bought the first one I found.
