When all else fails I carry a cat in a bag

Nice choices with either of your two Glocks but the cat in the bag is definitely the way to go for maximum short range effectiveness in a carry weapon!

My favorite to carry is the S&W Bodyguard380acp........so small, so light, so thin. I have bigger, better guns, but for everyday, especially in the warm weather, 380 all day long!

Rest of the year, My Glock 26 9MM ,been protecting as a subcompact since 1995
A classic that was done right.imo

Made the mistake of bringing this bad boy out at the range today and immediately replaced my Glock in the holster.

Always forget how soft, fast and accurate it is for the same weight, easier concealment and only giving up a few rounds.

That is a good looking handgun, who makes that?

Dan Wesson. It's a Valkyrie CCO in 9mm, I like the short grip for concealment and the aluminum frame for carry weight, the 9mm makes it shoot so sweet.

Don't much like the .45 1911 aluminum frames, shoots a bit slow without the weight of the steel frame.

Perfect do-all carry gun for me. I shoot it well and it’s easily concealable for me even in Nebraska’s hot and humid summers. Even better in the fall/winter because I can carry extra mags then.

I carry it in a DeSantis Softuck which I’ve been very pleased with.

Today I went to the range and shot 100 rds through my light weight 642. I could not help but think of what Hickcock45 said while shooting a little snubbie. "There is just something about them" in reference of how enjoyable and fun they are to shoot. Next up was my Little Kahr CW380. My Gosh, that little sucker was so freaking mild to shoot. And I was nailing extremely tight groups at 8 yds. I felt like I was shooting a 22,cal. I shot 50 rounds of Standard range ammo and then shot a box of 50 Inceptor poly case ammo. For gosh sake, the 20% reduction in recoil was so noticable. I finished off shooting one handed and so easy to hit great groups. It felt like a 6 yr old could do will with this gun. Using mag guts it had a total of 8 rds. So easy to conceal, so fast to target. I love this little gun.

And then off to vote. And of course thought of the People that want to take away my Heritage and my right to protect my family. Please do not tread on me. Just stay away.

Yes, these are a couple of my favorites, I love to carry.

I guess my favorite is the one I carry...always. a NAA Black Widow. So light, so easy to stuff in my pocket and forget about. The big sights on it make it a gun I can shoot as well as any snub nose revolver.

I will say that the closest thing I have in a big bore center fire that I forget I am wearing is my .45 Shield.

Now that colder weather is coming and it's possible to wear a second shirt over my t-shirt and long pants I'll likely break out the old Brauer Brothers shoulder holster and carry one of my 1903s under a loose shirt. Currently it is carried either in a pocket of my cargo shorts or Open Carry OWB in a Hunter 1100 or a Fobus paddle holster.

Carried my father's .32 overseas quite a little bit. Aside fro the abysmal safety, they are wonderful carries and I never felt left-low by a fine flat shooting .32.

Todd.

It was the .45 Kimber for 15 or so years and for a very long time before that, a G.I. Ithaca then a MEUSOC 1911A1.

Then, I got to thinking to start using my favorite High Power as a designated carry but then came across this Kimber Pro Aegis II and that, in a fine cross-draw is becoming my favorite.

Great loads for 9mm these days, this one is Sniper accurate and feeds EVERYTHING. Light, tight and outs-sight.

For small in the mall, I LOVE my 340SC.

Glock 43 with Taran Tactical +2 & TLR-6 during Spring and Summer

Believe it or not, Para Warthog P10 (.45) during colder winter months- I know this gun has gotten a bad rap over the years, but has been nothing but reliable for me and is very compact

Ruger SR9c every now and again to switch things up
