I could be wrong, but I thought the Accufit on the 110 is basically the Accustock with the addition of a swappable cheek piece and butt pad

Savage model 110 tactical . Your probably right. Ive heard that you can tune torque specs to your liking so i think i might start at 30 and work my way up to 40

Ya, and even rifle to rifle it may vary on what they like within the suggested range as far as accuracy goes. I think the biggest thing is alternating screws every 10 lbs or so. When I did my Choate Tacitcal stock with my Savage 10, I alternated every 5 lbs but I really don't think that is neccessary.

It was mentioned in a comment to the instructions I linked, but if you only have 2 action screws the same idea applies but you're just alternating between the two instead of having 3. The screw at the back of the trigger guard is not an action screw so don't make that mistake. I did on my Boyd's stock for my Mark II and overtightened it. It still works but doesn't take much to loosen it.

Do you have to start with the front or rear screw? And also when i clean my barrel small metal flakes come out(its a new gun) is that normal? Thanks for the help

Rear, I believe. That's what my Choate stock called for. As far as the flakes go, I wouldn't be too concerned as it's new. Probably just left over from machining, though that is part of why I clean every firearm before shooting for the first time.
