Non- matching and/or force matched= non-collector grade , which in turn = shooter grade.

Now, One way to look at it is that the existence and availability of shooter grade is a positive thing because it makes a Luger or a P.38 or some other “collectible“. available at a significantly lower price.

A shooter grade Luger is still a fascinating machine and a great history piece , waffenamts and all.
