Just a heads up. Walmart has all RCBS carbide handgun dies for 25 dollars and shell holders for 4. Their 1k packs of primers were on the shelf too but not marked down. The bullets must have been sold already.

Never seen any reloading items at any Walmarts in the Carolinas and don't think there is any that carries reloading. If so, I'm sure I would have heard about it on one of the local forums.

Don't shop at stores that treat law abiding citizens like blood thirsty criminals.
Now where else can you and your pet goat to to buy waffles, ammunition, hemmoroid cream, and tires at the same time while wearing your pajamas, a fox tail, and hair rollers.

I’m honestly just happy that they still sell the things that even the “fudds” consider to be basic sporting goods gear, and they do it at a reasonable price.

No Walmarts in my town have ever carried reloading supplies. At least not that I have seen living here for the last 20 years.

No reloading items from Walmart in my neck of the woods.... but from 2009-2012 I worked in Montana - Havre, Great Falls, Missoula, Butte, Helena - all had bullets, powder, and primers. Didn't even keep it behind any glass at the time.

Our closest Chinamart is the local meth head and drug dealer "hangout". Which makes the stores recent 2nd amendment "reaction" that much more ironic? You need to go to this one, well heeled.

Franklin, NC Walmart has a small selection of powders, CCI primers, RCBS dies, press kit, misc. accessories. One town over, in Sylva, NC, the Walmart has nothing except a bit of black powder.

All three of my "local" (nearly an hour away to two of them and 1.5 to the other) walmarts sell reloading gear. I don't care who shops there. If I hear of a good deal I'll go. Usually can't get anyone to help me. Me and another guy waited at the counter 15 minutes and no one came. Even after 2 pages. He was getting a hunting liscense, I was going to buy some winchester expert for 16 dollar a brick.....Just thought if anyone needed a spare set of dies or shell holders cheap.....or a half price powder measure

I rarely go there. I had 3 hours to kill and walmart and lowes were about my only choices at that hour. So I went in both and took an hour and a half nap in the car

Skeptic 13....go south to Alamosa.....there they have reloading supplies.....least they used to. I think its the rural factor.....Springs grew, Alamosa didn't. Walmart caters to the customer base.....Alamosa....lots of farmers and ranchers.

That said, I'm wondering if Walmart is heading for the liberal hills....such pictures of "clearance" probably means they are getting out of the firearms/reloading business. Wally will turn in his grave. His Arkansas roots just don't jive with this direction.

I laugh when they page for a "sales associate" over the intercom at Walmart... all the employees try to look like they are doing something and start walking in the opposite direction. Home Depot is the same... just ask for help loading! LOL!!!!

When Walmart stops selling guns and gun related products that just helps you local gun store. So there is a silver lining.

That is funny. I have been in that Walmart in Alamosa 30-40 times but I never thought to look for reloading supplies there. Next time I'll look. Hopefully they will still carry some.

Not one of the WM stores in Maine thst I have been to nave had any reloading stuff. Just Black Powder supplies and regular ammo.

Not to drift the thread there is a store in Winsor Maine that is called Hussies and advertises Wedding gowns--guns--reloading--hardware--tools --and groceries on the sign out front. You can google it, a real general store.

I think it's an individual thing with each store. Several years ago I stopped in a Walmart and looked at some guns, next day I found my checkbook and went to a Walmart closer to home. No guns, no ammo, no reloading supplies/equipment. Spoke with clerk and was told I could order long guns on line and pick up at this store, but no pistols. I haven't been to a Walmart in mebbe 20 years...

The Walmart where I live in Southern Utah has a decent reloading section. Only has rcbs equipment.

Well it really wouldn't matter to me if they had any around here or not. I absolutely hate to go to Walmart and will avoid going in one if at all possible. They have put way too many small businesses out in this area and then take advantage of the out of work people by offering them part time jobs with no benefits. I try to buy all of my loading supplies local and still have to drive about 1.5 hours to Sportsmans Warehouse but at least they have fair pricing and I can get help if I need some. Personally I'm glad they are getting out of the ammo business. Maybe it will help out the local Gun Shops.
