sure thing...I stumbled onto Edelweiss, looked them up and ordered one.
https://edelweissarms.com

It's actually Kriss USA and they are sitting on a few currently. I ordered mine last Friday and it was delivered last night. Picked it up today, gave it a quick wipe down and took her out to see how she did. Can not be happier. The trigger is fantastic and that's comparing it to a Gray Guns Job, Wilson 1911s, and a few other high end trigger jobs I have. it's smooth and surpasses my german X5-L1 even.

I had (and still have) the P210A but always wanted the true Swiss P210. I got a -2 with leather holster and one mag now. Now to figure out the date of manufacture on her.
Some of the stablemates of the Sig- I love the classic P series...220/225/226/228/229 and here is my German 226/228 and the American 210
Thanks Mister Coffee.

Enjoy that one! I've had a few since I bought the first, a -2 like yours, back in the '80s. They are finely built, reliable pistols, as well as being as accurate, usually more so, than any other pistols I've owned. My only gripes with the Swiss 210s are that they hammer bite me badly, and I've never enjoyed that bottom magazine release. I suspected the German, then later the American versions, would be ill-fitting junk, but I was proven wrong. Much as I like the original Swiss guns like yours, the lack of hammer bite and attendant bloodshed, and the side button "American" type magazine release make the German and US versions a real pleasure to use for me;)

@Rock185
I get hammer bite from my FN BHP M1935 MkII so I know exactly what you mean...everyone raves about that model, and it treats me poorly. The heel release is not instinctual but it is not a deal breaker for me. I didn't get any hammer bite on the single trip that I had it out. If it does, well it goes into the safe. I know I spent enough time looking for one lol.

Nice pistol! The checkered slide release leads me to believe that yours is a transitional P49.

The Swiss P210 is by far my favorite autoloader to shoot, despite the fact that it gives me bad hammer bite, unless I attach a beavertail (-5 & -6 models) or put duct tape on the top of my hand. My first P210 is a beautiful -6 in 7.65 with a spare 9mm barrel. My first range session left blood all over the hammer. Nill used to make a beavertail that could be soldered on to the models that lack the tang screw, but I think that they discontinued it.

The Swiss P210 is an unbelievably durable pistol. A few my P210s came from Roco Systems. They used to compete with the P210 and told me of one of their competition pistols going 450,000 rounds with only three recoil spring changes. They further qualified that by saying those changes were probably not necessary.

If you are looking for a modern holster for the Swiss P210, Milt Sparks makes them.

A most outstanding addition to anyone's handgun collection! And thanks for the link to Edelweiss Arms!

Very nice and one of the all time classic, and one of the finest, service pistols ever produced. The Swiss just don’t make any junk!

Here’s the 226X5 L1 by the 210-2
The regular 226s are in the other safe.

I also have both. The P210 is far more svelte. I like the P226S X5 L1 a lot, but I was pretty disappointed the first time I took the grips off and all of the safety parts fell out. I prefer the traditional controls of the DA/SA X5 Allround, though the trigger isn't as nice. The L1 is a pretty exceptional target pistol, but I prefer the P210.

I agree Rio Laxas, I had an X-5 Allround. A fine pistol, but almost like a big power tool compared with the svelte 210s.

I bought the X-5 Allround version because it had the traditional DA/SA similar to other SIGs I'd used since the '80s. In spite of the DA/SA trigger, the X-5 was as accurate and reliable as any other pistols I've owned, but I prefer the 210s too.
