I am getting into loading 6.5 creed and would like to see what is your favorite load for hunting/target. I picked up a box of 120gr Sierra pro hunter and was going to try it out with some imr4350. But hey wouldn’t mind jumping on board if you already have something working for you. I just picked up a Tikka t3x and would love to take it out!!!!

I'm using IMR4350 and 120gr Sierras in my .260 and the on target results are astounding. I've yet to shoot an animal with them yet, should do well in your Creedmoor too. My wife has a 6.5CM and that gun likes the 129 Interbond and H4350 that rifle put a HOLE in a deer for her this past season. She told me to not change a thing and load as many as I can with that load lol.

I have owned 3 Creedmoors and all three liked different loads. The Vanguard shot 129 gr Accubonds LR with 42grs of H4350. Not exceptional but 1 1/4" was the best that it would do with anything.

My Bergara B-14 likes 143gr ELD_X with 41 grs of R-17 or 129 ABLR with 40gr of H4350. I have shot some 2 1/2"-3" three shot groups at 500 yards with the Nosler load.

My little Ruger AM Predator wasn't picky. 120 gr Speer HC, 120 gr BarnesX, 129 gr ABLR and 130 gr Accubond all shot sub-MOA. Wasn't picky about powder either, but I usually went with R-17. Shot several deer out to 300 yards with the 130 gr AB. Worked very well.

41.5 gr H4350. I've shot Hornady 143 ELDX, Barnes 140 gr Match Burners and 139 gr Lapua Scenars with the same powder charge with VERY good accuracy, But by a hair the Scenars are the most accurate with Hornady next.

Cool I’d love to try some H4350 but I can’t ever find it. Maybe I’ll try some imr4451
Anyone use that new 6.5 powder by Winchester?

I've been very happy with H4350 and Reloder 16. Here are some of the loads I've had success with in my RPR and Kimber. Obviously work up your own loads safely.

The Kimber has a 20" barrel, the RPR has a 24" barrel. I will say that the 43.5gr load with RL16 and 140gr Accubonds shot great, but wound up being too hot for this rifle. The 127gr LRXs shoot great, and the 3 shot group at the end was just some rounds from last hunting season that I brought along last weekend when I was testing some RL26 loads.

As mentioned above, I'm now tested some RL26 loads along with 6.5 Staball. The RL26 loads are crunchy, but very fast, I just started with Staball, but the velocities aren't anything special compared to RL16, we'll see how the accuracy is, it does measure easily.

I’d like to know the typical barrel life of a 6 Creedmoor
Just curious

No personal experience with the 6mm version, but just from reading reports, it looks like folks shooting the 6mm CM in PRS are generally going 1,400 to 1,700 rds before swapping barrels.
