Hand load data sheets

So I can’t find a good book to document my handloads in. They either don’t have enough information entry spaces or the publisher doesn’t show what the sheets look like. I have my wife who is excellent at Excel working up a couple drafts for me. Does anybody out there have a sheet they find useful that they could send me. I’m looking for the usual load info, chronograph results, 5 shot group measurement, and a general section where I can write notes. I’ll be 3 hole punching them and putting them in a binder. I made an excel sheet and printed out quite a few pages and put in a 3 ring binder.

Started with putting the info into excel electronically but found it much easier to just fill in the blanks with a pen. Didnt always want to go log it into a laptop and even the tablet at times was a no-go. Most premade sheets either didnt have the info I wanted or were too small to write in.

Excel is what I use and like to keep it simple. Here's a clip of my blank sheet I use to pencil in all my data. Whenever I update the specific caliber sheet with new data I print that sheet and replace the old one in my book. I try to keep a stack of these blank sheets in my load binder.

These have all been helpful. I've been out of reloading for years so I'm having to re-remember the whys and wherefores of what I used to do.

I've been using a wire-bound notebook of a size I can easily put in my range ammo can, but keep remembering things I should have included so my first pages are messy looking. I'll get it right eventually. Prowler's page looks simple and useful for my purposes.

I use a spreadsheet program, but I use it on the computer, not print it out and make notes.

I use bound surveyors notebooks and transfer to a spreadsheet when time is available. Books are around 80 pages and fit in back pocket. High cotton paper and use a pencil. As an engineer I have seen these books with 75 year old data and still good.
