That Sunday shooting club was out today and had a lot of unusual guns today. I got there late because of the change in the Daylight Savings time. But got to see a few of the lower members packing up at the range.. So was able to get a few photos.

Spencer Shotgun.. That was worth the trip to see working. Pieces just jumping out all over the place.

CZ-38 a real big brute compared to the cz-24 & cz-27, cool easy gun to field strip.

Looks like they came out of hibernation on a good day!

Sometimes it’s fun just walking around talking to owners of these less common or oddball guns. There’s often a pretty neat story behind every one.

Thanks for the pictures

Stay safe.,

neat stuff!

I still kinda want a 51 or R51......not really sure why.

I would love to try that Remington Model 51. And the Starr.

Whats unusual about a 51?

JK, lol. Mine was the first Id ever seen in the flesh. Finally saw another at a pawnshop last year but it was pretty rough. Almost bought it anyway.....
I will say if you ever find one you want to buy, check and double check that it has an original factory magazine since they are crazy rare and pricey.

Never seen a Spencer pump or a JOLO before. That last looks like a Campo-giro copy perhaps?

Was at the range with my daughter yesterday and all I saw was ARs and one guy with an AO carbine. I had one brave soul ask me if my '17 Eddystone was a Mauser.......smh.

I have one of those cz38s. Really cool and unusual gun. Heavy trigger and really oversized for a 380. But still really fun.

I did handle that Remington 51.. I was 1st amazed and in love with the with the way it felt in my hand. It was so trim. But Sights for crap on it.... But on the other side it seemed like a natural pointer.. I liked it. I liked it alot..

That Jo LO AR. I think started out as its own invention, As much as any gun can made the world of Spanish arms production, turn of the century. That was in 9mm largo, The the one handed slide was suppose to be a safety feature. That way young lads packing would not have to carry the automatic with a a round in the chamber. Every time I saw it in use, I worried about someone shooting themselves in the foot..

A wonderful JO.LO.AR read by one of the Greats in Spanish arms history

That sub caliber training kit would be to die for...

Agreed with all you said. To me it was hard to believe the cz-24s and cz-27s came before it. It almost looks like its a step backwards in time. But it seemed crazy accurate.
