What is the last gun that you bought?

Ruger NM BlackHawk CarryHawk .45 ACP/.45 LC.
I've had it for over a week, but ran into some issues with it right out of the box. I've contacted Ruger and they are helping me with the issues. Very good CS by Ruger as usual.
I'll post separately about it in the Revolver Forum when I get it updated and squared away.

Here's what it looked like when I got it.

Ohhh.... I like that. I didn't know they had one like that. I might have to track one down.

 Went to Cabela's .... and bought Uberti 1873 Colt in .45Colt. It has 3.5" barrel and bird's head grip.
I've noticed recently Uberti has changed their S. A. A. design in the it no longer has the quarter-cock safety notch on the hammer, but has a "floating" firing pin that will not stay forward unless the trigger is being pulled . In theory, you could load all six chambers ..... but pull the trigger and the firing pin goes forward. :what: I don't wanna test it....

5 beans and hammer on empty chamber: ALWAYS.

Picked up this used Bauer .25 ACP at a pawn shop. It was pretty beat up (aesthetically) and not assembled correctly internally, but it's the first one I'd seen in a long while. I'd wanted one for some time and told myself that if I ran across one that was not beat to death and under $250 I'd buy it. It hadn't been fired too much wear wise, but handled and mishandled way too much it really looked like. Did a little research, got some spare used parts, and ripped it apart then cleaned it up and rebuilt and refinished it with the best of the parts I had to choose from. It looks a lot better now I think. I might look for a basket case one for cheap and redo another one. But for now I have this little guy.

Sometimes I get lucky at the Cabelas Gun Library for their used guns. This time it was a Ruger Blackhawk in 41 magnum, blued with a 4 5/8" barrel. Although made in 1984 I doubt it had more than a box of ammo through it then sat in a closet. No marks except for a light ring around the cylinder. I've become a big fan of the 41 magnum and this will make a nice companion to the longer barrel Blackhawk I already have. Somehow the perfect S&W model 57 for under $100 is avoiding me. :D

Nice fix-up job there Viper1357!! Looks brand-new! :)

Stopped by North 40 to see how much of a circus it was, walked out with a new truck gun:

ATI Nomad .410, it will be good for grouse, etc.

Most of the 9mm ammo was gone, along with the cheaper .223/5.56. Plenty of everything else, handgun display cases were still mostly full.

Great job in making that beat-up Bauer right again! Always had a "thing" for "mouse guns" and for the Baby Browning in particular. Looked at a number of Bauers along the way but could never justify spending my meager gun budget on such a tiny gun. Then one day I happened to come across a like new in the box Baby Browning Lightweight that was so unbelievably priced that I didn't think I could get my wallet out fast enough! To this day I still marvel at the level of miniaturisation it must have required to get something that small to work!

Mañana (my day off) I'll be picking up my Taurus .357. Going to take it to the range with a couple of other .357's.

Report to follow.
Sorry to take so long to reply, this whole Covid thing has the world going crazy.

The Taurus prefored as expected, no hiccups. Accuracy isn't astounding out of a 2" barrel but it was what I expected.

It's now the third gun I've name, meet Boris the Taurus. LOL
