Soviet Sks tapco mag

Hello, I was wondering if a tapco mag would fit on a standard Soviet sks with the original stock. When I look up this magazine I can only find it on sks’s with mordern stocks.
 
I have not had good results with Tapco 20 rnd mags for my Russian SKS with the factory stock or the Tapco stock, bummer.
I did not try to modify the ones I tried, I returned them.

I know they are an awkward magazine, the way they kind have to lock omg like the box magazine does. Or it wasn’t because of that
 
They work well in my Chinese SKS version. If you want one, grab it, I think the owner, Remington, pulled the plug on the company.

So no more Tapco mags for SKS or Mini-14.
 
I put one on a wood stocked SKS. In my opinion it wasn't worth the effort. It has been so long ago I can't remember what I didn't like.
 
I have an older 30 round magazine that works fine with the Romanian and Chinese SKS rifles with wood stocks or aftermarket stocks.
