Man I love this rifle:) It was built in 1977 and off the bags it shoots 1 hole groups at 13 yards( all the room I have in the basement) with almost boring regularity. It may be the most accurate rifle I’ve ever owned :)

All you have to do now is make those same groups standing:)

Great air rifle.

Yes it is a side lever. Make those shots standing... I can for the most part keep them in the black which pretty much sucks when you look at the accuracy a real 10 meter shooter is capable of. I have a bunch of respect for those folks!

Glad you're enjoying it.
My Walther gets shot almost daily.
I can usually hold the 8 ring on that target offhand.
I see Carel has a Feinwerkbau 600 listed, soooo tempting.

American Airguns classifieds had one just sell for $475 and one listed for $550. $500-600 seem to be the going rate for working guns.

I have one just like it. They are fantastic guns and sadly no longer made. These were made for Olympic 10m shooting, and if you do not put the pellets thru the same hole, you are doing something wrong, your groups are excellent. The triggers are fantastic, although some of the modern PCP guns today have triggers that are, indescribable. Enjoy!!

Man that is one Nice Classic. FWB sure has and still makes some mighty fine guns. What a shame many powder burners cannot appreciate the beauty of shooting such a fine rifle.

I will give the mini sniping a look guys, thanks. You would have to fork over a lot of coin to buy a powder burner of any caliber that would shoot with these air rifles. Then there is the ammunition. Most affordable we will say 22s, are not consistent enough to shoot groups like this even in a rifle that is capable of such groups. Match grade ammo is quite pricey from my experience. So all in all for not a lot of money I have a rifle that is incredibly accurate and rewarding to shoot:)

“Thanks, if I remember correctly, I got mine for around $300 45+years ago. I hope you enjoy yours as long as I have enjoyed mine”

At 109 years old I hope I can still see the sights! :)
