Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?

I’m resisting my desire to buy a couple of things to keep the stress off the shipping system. I figure the gun business is one of the few industries that doesn’t really need a cash infusion at the moment.

Managed to get 2 lbs of H4895. Had to hit 4 stores to find it at 2 of them, and paid about 20% more than I would online (IF free ship and HazMat), but I was happy to support them as they have always dealt fairly with me.

After checking on wikiarms and seeing the horribly dwindling supplies of ammunition I broke down and ordered a thousand rounds of 10mm target ammunition so I can enjoy my new pistol a little while longer.

The three AR barrels I ordered on March 23 arrived today.
From top to bottom.
Bushmaster 16” M4 1 in 9 chrome lined.
DPMS 16” M4 1 in 7 chrome lined
Remington 16” 1 in 9 mid length fluted
The barrels were $99.99 each with no tax and free shipping from CDNN.

Finally got the 1000 124 grain 9mm bullets from Everglades Shooting Supplies by mail yesterday.
Problem of course now is how to work up a load for a carbine when there’s no ranges available, a previous load for hand gun worked fine but was Berry’s plated bullets.

After years of looking (not too hard) I finally found a 18.5" barrel for my 410 Mossberg 500. I have supplies to reload 400-500 3" 410 shells. Just don't know if I want to load all of them for hunting with 7 1/2 shot or load up some more 00 buck shells.

Well, I actually paid for it a week or more ago, but last Friday my bullet order from Matt's came in. Most .312 120gr rn/fps and 215gr .430 wadcutters and semiwadcutters. I'm still building inventory for those two calibers as I haven't had them all that long yet.

Tomorrow or Wednesday my Midway order should finally arrive. Brass trimmer cutter head, more four hole Lee turrent plates, plastic ammo boxes.

Got a bullet order into Magnus as well for their 215gr bowling pin bullets in 452, but it could be weeks before those come in.

Come Friday I've got to start beating the bushes for rifle bullets. Picked a bad time to start back into loading bottleneck rifle calibers!
