Very Bar-B-Que!

Or, a great church gun.

Doggone fine score.

Todd.
Oh it will be church gun. I go to a cowboy church, used to carry my 629 right side went to my Colt 1911, it will also be a duty backup to my Colt after the police academy. Below is my usual setup, will be carrying the 66 left side.

Looks good to me. I would say someone gave that a polish job. Looks like a nickel model 19 now. Great looking grips too. I know they used those smooth rosewood grips on the 3 inch, model 65 Lady Smith.

I was surprised by the polish but whoever did it did it beautifully. I actually had a nickel 19 once upon a time I like this one better though.

I have large hands so I prefer the Packmeyer Signature grips on a 19 or 66 gun. For my winter rig, I prefer the Andrews Leather Co thumb break cross draw setup, it rides under a jacket well. The tan leather also looks nice with the stainless gun and black grips. Nice 66 by the way.

I will most likely try to get some new grips the one on the gun isn't for me, I will also be replacing the cylinder latch with an extended model from hogue
