IMG_0751.JPG IMG_0752.JPG IMG_0753.JPG IMG_1418.JPG IMG_1419.JPG If I Were A Rich Man.......a wonderful song from the 1971 musical Fiddler On The Roof.
I heard that song today and it made me think about some of the guns (everything makes me think about guns) that I've owned over the years and I've had to part with for various reasons, the biggest reason was precisely because I'm NOT a Rich man.

If I were a rich man I'd still have them all and would not have the sad memories of having parted with them. I'm sure many of you have had to part with some of yours and like me you wish you still had them. If so I'd like to hear about yours too. As the saying goes, misery loves company.

Anyways here's a few images of just a few of mine that are gone and hopefully being treated well and enjoyed.

The one in the holster looks about like the rig on my hip right now.
Mine is a Colt Commander. 45 stainless carried in a black Milt Sparks holster.
Very comfortable set up.

It's a Kimber Classic Stainless in the Milt Sparks VM2. Yes, it was a very comfortable IWB carry holster and IMO The VM2 is top notch.

Man, I had so sell some to pay for a divorce:( I lost a REM 700 PSS 308, an amazing CETME 308 that was perfect, an early import Egyptian MAADI AK47 with the blonde thumbhole stock and milled receiver, a Bushmaster XM15E2S, an sks, 3 glocks, a Taurus 38, and a 357, & 15k rounds of ammo. That was 12 years ago.

I did get the kids, truck, and house. She got her old last name back and I still really miss that CETME and AK. :(
