I am looking for a AR15 light mount that my Surefire Defender E2D will fit. The light is .807 inches (20.2mm diameter). There are plenty for 1 inch but not for these measurements. Thanks.

Have you thought about using a 3D printed one, with a little tweaking someone could print something out that would be custom in a few hrs

I had the same problem with my Surefire. Couldn't find a perfect mount for the 0.807" size. What worked for me was getting a 1-inch mount and adding a strip of rubber padding for a tight fit.

This improvised solution has held up well for me, and I haven't had any issues with it. I found some useful insights at https://leds.to/ since they have a lot of articles on different topics when it comes to lightnings. With their help and following their advices I found the perfect solution. They have a variety of lighting solutions that could be relevant.
