Help ID this 9mm mag? - Mag #4

So many knowledgeable experts on here .......... I am continually amazed at the depth and breadth of experience. How about this one? It looks similar to Mag #3 (the Tec-9), but ....... different too.

Anybody here recognize this mag and what gun it goes to? Looks sort of like a Tec-9 ...... but different. Any info greatly appreciated!

Soumi SMG is very close, but not quite.....

Interesting that they welded the same reinforcement plate on the front twice, even though the latch hole isn't used on the top plate.
