This has me confused: I have an RCBS Carbide kit for 357MAG/38SPL/357MX, P/N18215) and it has a Seater Plug for a 38RN/9MM/38WC( P/N 702833) included in the same Carbide Box in a separate plastic RCBS bag. This Seater Plug is also for a 38 WAD Cutter which is different than a RN plug. Also what is a 357 MX?
I also have a RCBS Carbide 9mm Luger/9x19/9x21 kit P/N: (20515) which also has a Seater Plug for a 38RN and a 9mm Seater Plug in the kit also include in a separate RCBS plastic bag???
Why do I have the same Seater Plug in each of these kits? Is one Seater Plug different than the other and I am just missing the why?
Both kits are Carbide Kits but I am sure that a 38 Case won't fit inside a 9mm die so why include the 38 Seater Plug with it? Does this Seater Plug also seat 9mm RN bullets using the 38 RN Seater Plug? I thank everyone for an answer.
