Depends on caliber. In 9mm I like the Black Hills 124gr+p Gold Dot loading, and in 45acp I am currently using 230gr Hydrashoks. I do however, want to try the Hornady TAP loads in both calibers, as I have heard good things about this load.
Personally I like the Speer Gold Dots. In the various calibers that I carry each have done a fine job in my "not so scientific" testing. They go bang when you want and the bullets expand nicely.
Federal EFMJs in 9x19. They are a leftover from the time when JHPs were still banned here in Germany. Currently I do not plan to replace them with hollow points of any kind.
90gr Hydrashok in the .380. 124gr Gold Dots in the 9mm's and 165gr in the .40.CorBon 115gr in the .357SIG.Winchester +P 158 LSWC-HP in the .38's.Not much of a real rhyme or reason other than they function well in the guns and should funtion fairly well in any BG's that might need to sample them.
