See them on the website, but nobody has one around town. I'm VERY interested in this pistol and caliber combo, but the money is burning a hole in my pocket.
Might have to get the para tac-four if a PX4 45 doesn't show up real soon.
I'd like to hear from anyone with a PX4 any caliber ........how do they shoot and does any part of the pistol get caught in the holster in a duty carry piece.

Springtime

Its my understanding that the PX4 .45 will start shipping sometime this spring........but it looks like it will be worth the wait;)

I like my Px4 in 9mm.I've got a safequeen and 10 thousand rounder that I use for EDC.

Never had a mechanical problem with it.I've used some crappy cheap surplus stuff too with only ammo related problems like bad primers. As far as any "snag" factor,I haven't seen or heard of any. It's been pretty much dehorned by designed for duty use. It's a very smooth cycling gun.I too will be awaiting the new offerings this summer in the Px line such as the Px4 sub-compact and the Px4 45 special duty with the longer 5" barrel.
But for now I'm just getting by with this:

im surprized it only has 10rnds . i figured no less than 12 since Glock has 13. SA XD as 13 and the new FNP has 14.

but ive always said that i dont want anything under 10rnds..so its still a contender :D

Is there anything to this pistol other than being the latest tupperware .45?

I am not a big fan of the 9mm version - its just like any other DA/SA 9mm, I think.

But in 40 cal - man, I swore I was shooting a 9mm. The rotating barrel does make a difference.

I am very curious to try a 45 and see how it handles that.

I've only shot about 400 rounds but so far they have been flawless.

I am part of a Special Response Team for a extremely large and well known supermall. We had these custom made to meet our needs in responding to tactical situations that arise on a daily basis in the food court and/or handicap parking...........

:D

Actually the slide was refinished in NP3 by ROBAR. Makes cleaning a snap and the slide self lubricates.

still waiting for the 357 sig version..... hope the mall ninjas don't get priority on those!!!

I just recently acquired a PX4 Storm. I've only put a hundred rounds through it so far and I'm highly impressed with it. It feels solid and functioned flawlessly. Actually, I can't wait to go out to the range again.
