Ala Dan - I guess a VOL and a Nittany Lion can pray together. I'll mention this at my small group Bible study.

Prayers are sent Ala Dan. I hope their little boy pulls through. Personal experience tells me it's a long road to recovery. Strength in faith/family/friends. Keep encouraging the parents to eat healthy. It sounds silly but stress can break down your immunity and they need to stay strong!

Prayers for Brian

Fellow THR members.
I would like to humbly thank you all for your prayers, and well wishes, for my Son Brian. I especially would like to thank my "brother" Ala Dan, for being there with our family through this difficult time. He, and his family, are the greatest people one could have the honor of calling "family". Brian is still in the hospital awaiting the next surgical procedure. It was supposed to have been done today, but they re-scheduled it to next week for some reason. They're pumping him up with heavy doses of anti-biotics, through a "pik line". This has certainly been an emotional roller coaster ride for us, but he takes it in stride. He has a good outlook, and his age, [43] helps too.

Again, Our family humbly "thanks you" all, for your prayers. It's all in our Creators hands, and all we can do now, is pray our Lord restores Brian to good health.

Heavenly Father, In the name of Jesus will you please heal this young mans body, mind and soul. Keep him and his family under your comfort and protection during this time. Please let them feel your power and strength. Let them rest in the knowledge of your holy spirit at work. Let our prayers be heard and answered. In Jesus Holy Name. Amen
