for some reason i`m having problems finding a holster for my new kimber ultra tactical, i assume a holster for a colt officers will work but i`m having problems finding them too. i`m looking for a leather high ride, belt slide, something with the strap that comes over the back of the slide when carried locked and cocked. any help would be great...tks, jim

I routinely carry a Kimber Ultra tactical. I bought a decent Bianchi paddle holster with a snap break strap at Sportsmanswarehouse. Gould and Goodrich make decent ones. Galco makes excellent ones as does Safariland.
Triple K makes decent holsters in the lower price range. Any holster that fits the 3.5" officers model will work and many for the commander size will work also.

Call Mitch Rosen..he makes excellent holsters for the ultra, so does el paso.. I have an IWB from El paso and a express line pancake from Rosen...for the kimber utltra raptor II....both are great holsters...
