WV Adds OK & UT To List of States It Honors

West Virginia has added Oklahoma and Utah to the list of states it will honor. This brings to 14 the number of states that West Virginia has signed agreements with. UT and OK already honor all other states permits.

Handgunlaw.us will be updated in the next 24 hours to show this change in reciprocity.

West Virginia law currently limits reciprocity to residents of reciprocal states, so Utah nonresident permits will NOT be valid in West Virginia.
