I had my weekends mixed up, it's the 28th and 29th of this month. I only need the trigger guard, the rear sight ramp and the screw. I'm sure I'll get them at the show.

Nice bits of leather work.

Good luck at the show this weekend, let us know how you make out. There have been several nice stocks for your 67 on ebay in the last week, several with all the hardware.

I think I found another option for the sling swivels. Now we'll just see if I end up with them....:D

Went to a Country Gun Show on the weekend, saw a lot of junk but I did see a bolt for a Lithgow Model 10 David. Looked very worn and needed work. I managed to find a full set of sights for my Win67 puls a spare bolt. All I need now is the trigger guard. Saw plenty og guarus but none suitable. This could be a life long search, but hey I have the time.

Just keep looking, you'll end up with the rest of the parts sooner or later.

How about a couple pics of the progress....:)

Go to a photo hosting web site like photobucket (just add .com at the end).

Open an account (it’s free).

Upload photos from your computer using the browse button.

After you upload the picture there will be several boxes below the picture, click on the one that has before and after the link, when you click on it, it will say ‘copied’

Then return to this site, open a new post reply, and place the flashing cursor in the body of the post, ‘right click’ and select ‘paste’. Then type your message and your picture should appear in your post.

You never said what parts you were missing….

Good luck, David

Nice looking rifle....did you refinish the stock? looks like you need a butt-plate as well. Here's a couple links to the parts....

I usually strip down the stock to bare wood, steam out dents, sand until smooth, add color if needed, then wet sand in about 20 coats of Tru-oil. Lately though I'm trying to use a spray on sanding sealer and about 20 light coats of spray on laquer, lot easier.

David, I sent the seller on ebay a message as to whether he will post the trigger guard and screws plus the stock retaining screw to Brisbane Australia.
Yes I need the butt plate also.
