Now if I am remembering correctly breachers are for the hinges on the door, not the door nob or locks which may be sliding eight inch bars. Just blow off the hinges that have half inch screws and you are in. AR 10, if those cops you saw really did try to blow the lock off then they did not read the instructions
.
If you're right, which I doubt because it makes absolutely no sense if you're doing a tactical entry and have to blow three hinges, then the breacher attachment is pretty worthless. For anyone's information they did train for tactical entries and the did use a breacher and it did blow the crap out of the dead bolt on a set of plywood doors they set up for training. It also blew pieces of wood and metal about 5' around the door with some of the metal bedding in the door jamb and hitting the shooters vest.

I bought the Mossberg 500 breacher and I tac it all out. I love the gun and I plan on using it on door hinges with the proper ammo. I have the 535 and the m590a1 to. You can't go wrong with a Mossberg shotgun.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...
ain't that the truth :D All though with a little file work and a standard stock you could sure take the fight out of a bad guy without firing a shot "thrust and twist" aim for the bridge of the nose
Do they make a breachers to fit H&R's?(singleshots)
