Basically I have an flattop RRA, that I have a carry handle on. The problem with the carry handle, is that the entire rear sight unit is crooked by default making me have to adjust to the right until I've used up almost all the adjustment. It seems that the entire rear sight assembly is loose. With my hand I can rotate it into what looks like a correct position but it wont stay there.
Pictured below is the rear sight assembly of an A2 style rifle, sorry but I don't have any pics of mine and couldn't find a close up picture online.

Does anyone know how to disassemble one? Will I need any special tools to remove the pins? It appears that the handle was well made (it has the offset square makers mark), but for some reason there is play in the entire assembly. Before I resort to locktite or something along those lines, I thought I'd try posting here first.
Also I have this problem with a second carry handle with a keyhole 1 forge mark. I appears to be less nice than the one with the offset square mark.
Thanks in advance.

I very much doubt that your rear sight is broken and needs to be fixed. It sounds like your barrel is mounted incorrectly and needs
to be remounted, unless you have an adjustable front sight base. This is not a big deal, but does require a few tools.
I would not go by the sight you pictured. It looks like a ¼ minute pinned match sight not a standard sight.
