Just a quick heads-up on our shipping situation.
We do try hard to get things out ASAP, as many of you know, and have had some challenges lately that is going to slow us down a bit. In a nutshell, we have been very short-handed for the past week and a half and haven't been able to get things out the door as quickly as we'd like.
I terminated our day sizer guy last week and we're backed up on sizing. New people are being trained now and will be starting Monday morning. For the past week, Jo Ann and I have been working double shifts, doing as much as we possibly can, but the orders are just flooding in to the point that right now we're kind of overwhelmed. In the past 5 days we've gotten dealer/distributor/FFL06 orders for 600k bullets, for example, on top of the normal 40k daily internet orders. So we're buried. And on top of that, the new Howell collator that we ordered that we are going to dedicate to the IDP #4-XD bullet (we have 20k of them sitting in a tub) got delayed a week so instead of having it now, it won't get here until late next week.
So, shipping will unavoidably slip to an average of 2-3 days turnaround for the next week, I think. If you can be patient and bear with us, we will be back on top of things very soon and same/next day shipping will be routine again.
